Andy McGinty is the EVP/COO of LIPCA Insurance which is 100% owned by pest and lawn companies since 1985. Andy has been handling and supervising all variety of pest and lawn claims as well as lawsuits for over 26 years. These claims and lawsuits probably total around 3000-4000 mostly dealing with wood destroying insects and organisms. Andy has spoken in multiple states which many presentations were accepted for CEU credits. He also has spoken at the LSU Institute, the LSU Termite Training School, ASPCRO conferences and other industry venues all over the U.S. He has written multiple articles for PCT, Pest Management Professional and numerous state association magazines. Finally he has assisted multiple state associations, NPMA and regulatory bodies with their state pest and lawn forms and insurance laws governing the pest and lawn industries.

Dr. Pat Zungoli graduated with a M.S. degree in Entomology from the University of Maryland and received her Ph.D. which was also in Entomology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. She came to Clemson University in 1982 just as she was completing her degree. Prior to January of 2009, She was an Extension Specialist and Professor of Entomology, but now her responsibilities include being Interim Department Chair for the Department of Entomology, Soils and Plant Sciences. Her official responsibilities still include Extension, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, and maintaining an active research program in household and structural entomology. Most of us
in here today can easily say that this lady has been extremely instrumental in our learning opportunities and the knowledge levels we have gained over the yrs from her talks and research in which we have all benefited finacially
Sheila Haddad is the Vice President of Sales on the east coast. She oversees the management of Bell’s domestic technical representatives for the professional pest control market in the U.S. Shelia is based out of Hartford Conn, and manages the Eastern regions of the US and Canada. Shelia joined Bell Labs in 2003 as a technical representative before being promoted to Regional Manager for the East Coast. Shelia brings over 25 years of experience and has served on both the Connecticut Pest Control Association but also on the New England Pest Management Assoc. as well! Come hear all the exciting news that Shelia will bring us.

Ryan Okey graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelors in Turfgrass Science and a Masters in Agricultural Education. Ryan started working for the Department of Pesticide Regulation in 2003 as a Field Investigator covering Dorchester County, Colleton County, and North Charleston. He currently serves as the Assistant Director for the Department. In that role, he oversees the Department’s field operations, enforcement decisions and actions, and termiticide registrations in South Carolina. Ryan is also the lead Regulatory Instructor for the ATT, MTT, and WIR workshops. He is serving a 2-year term as an At-Large Board Member for the Association of Structural Pest Control Regulatory Officials and is a member of ASPCRO’s Termiticide Label Review Committee, Structural Fumigation Committee, and Building Codes Committee.
